Feinberg Hanson’s boutique corporate practice focuses on all stages of the development and sale of growth-oriented companies. We help our clients form, buy, finance and grow their businesses and function as our clients’ key legal partners from inception to exit events.

We act as legal quarterbacks, bringing in specific regulatory or litigation experts only when needed, so that we can deeply engage with our clients in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Most of our clients do not have in-house general counsel, so they rely on us as a gateway to all of their legal needs and as a means to getting the deals that matter most to them done. We also often serve as transaction counsel, when businesses do not have counsel with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital or growth finance or licensing and strategic partnership transactions.
