Hayley Ryan Alinger  focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, growth-stage companies, and investors in venture capital and other equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions, including joint ventures and strategic partnerships. She also provides ongoing general corporate counsel to high-growth technology and life sciences companies. Hayley has represented a broad range of clients, with particular experience in the financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.

  • Represented an early-stage software company in Series A Financing led by foreign investment fund
  • Represented a food processing technology company in convertible note offering
  • Represented a venture capital fund in the sale of its equity stake in foreign manufacturer to a global institutional investor
  • Represented a Boston based venture capital fund in its investment in various preferred stock financings
  • Represented a national engineered materials manufacturer in its multimillion-dollar acquisition of a specialty materials company
  • Represented a global technology manufacturer in its corporate restructuring following a strategic acquisition  

Hayley joined the Feinberg Hanson team in January 2019. Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, Hayley had been an associate in the corporate department of WilmerHale's Boston office. She has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
