Dan advises entrepreneurs and early-stage companies on commercial transactions, governance, financings, trademark and other general corporate matters. He also represents companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions.

Representative Experience:

  • Represents companies to draft and negotiate SAAS agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, and other commercial transactions.
  • Represented an aviation equipment manufacturer in a long-term supply contract with RTX Corporation.
  • Represented an AI SAAS company in a master services agreement with NBCUniversal Media, LLC.
  • Represented a hand-tool manufacturer regarding an overseas manufacturing services agreement.
  • Represents companies in trademark searches and application filings.
  • Represents pre-Series Seed companies in SAFE and convertible note offerings.
  • Represents early-stage companies (including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and technology companies) in Series Seed and Series A financings.
  • Represented a health technology company in its sale of Series C Preferred Stock to inside investors.

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson in May 2021, Dan was an associate in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he primarily represented emerging growth company and private equity clients. Dan has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar. Prior to law school, Dan served in the United States Navy for more than 10 years as an F/A-18 fighter pilot, instructor pilot, and fleet scheduler for the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
